Through yoga poses, calming meditation, and reflective journaling, you'll tap into your root chakra to create a sense of stability and security. What to bring:

• Yoga Mat - If you do not have a yoga mat, please let us know and one can be provided
• Yoga Props - If you like to use blocks, straps, a bolster. Bring them!
• Journal, pen/pencil - We will be journaling. Bring your journal and pen/pencil to write with.
• Hydration - Bring your hydration of choice. (water, electrolytes, tea)
• Comfortable clothing - Wear clothing that is comfortable to move in for your yoga practice.
