Root Cause Analysis Workshop

This course is available to all that have completed Foundational Anti-Racist Results-Based Accountability. This course is offered by Upstream Investments and the Office of Equity.

Teams are encouraged to attend this workshop together and bring their own data for Root Cause Analysis. Why does the data look the way it does? What can we do to amplify what's working and rethink what's not? Look beyond surface level analysis and experience the powerful discovery of a “hot root.” Minimal time will be spent reviewing concepts and the majority of the workshop will be devoted to practicing Root Cause Analysis.
