This workshop will be an opportunity to drop deep into the root of your body, connect with the deep well of Earth energy available to you from this opening downward and cultivate a felt sense of safety, security and belonging. We will use embodiment practices, myofascial release self-treatment, movement, breath and sound to open the resource that is the root of your body. This resource will support your feminine body to feel strong, relaxed, nourished and connected.
