Step into an immersive day of movement, music, ritual and deep connection as Numinity comes to Love Shack for a one-of-a-kind day party. Expect a powerful Master Plant Breathwork session, Ecstatic Dance, Sound Healing, and a nourishing community meet-up.

What to Expect
🌬️ Chapter 1 – Master Plant Breathwork Session (11:45 – 12:45pm)
The session begins with an opening ritual where you will receive a carefully prepared extract of the respective master plant. These extracts come from a master herbalist in Peru, who prepares them with deep reverence, fasting for two days before making each batch to ensure their purity and energetic potency.
Melissa will then guide you through a breathwork session, a powerful practice that uses deep, circular breathing to access expanded states of awareness. In this altered state, emotional blockages, repressed experiences, and energetic stagnation can be surfaced and released, allowing for deep transformation and healing.
As you breathe, the master plants will work in harmony with your process, gently guiding you towards insights, emotional release, and a deeper connection with yourself.
Healer of Hearts, Marosa is a master plant known for awakening deep self-love, beauty, and emotional sensitivity. She works on the heart, softening emotional walls and helping us to reconnect with our vulnerability. Marosa teaches us to embrace love without fear, whether it be romantic, self-love, or universal love, helping us open to deeper relationships while maintaining healthy boundaries. On an energetic level, she harmonises feminine energy, fostering grace, sensuality, and magnetic presence. She is often used to heal wounds from past relationships, dissolve patterns of unworthiness, and enhance our ability to both give and receive love. Marosa also connects us with our inner beauty, restoring confidence and self-worth. Physically, Marosa has purifying properties, supporting the skin, reproductive system, and circulation. She helps to bring lightness to the body, washing away stagnant energy and emotional burdens that weigh us down.

🔊 Chapter 2 – Ecstatic Dance & Sound Journey (12:45 – 2:00pm)
Once the breathwork has opened the door, it's time to step through it and dance!
This is where the visions, breakthroughs, intentions and possibilities uncovered during the breathwork are invited out of the mind and into the body.
Together we'll journey through a powerful wave of tribal rhythms, organic beats, house music and ecstatic grooves, carefully crafted by DJ Icamo to awaken your life force, dissolve inhibition, and reconnect you with the most vibrant, authentic version of yourself.
A chance to shake off old stories, move stagnant energy, and experience the freedom that arises when you stop thinking about your life and start living it.
As the music builds, so too does the invitation to expand beyond familiar limitations and embody the energy of the future you're calling in. To move as the version of you who already trusts themselves. Already feels worthy. Already knows what's possible.
Expect moments of joy, catharsis, connection, playfulness and profound presence as the dance floor transforms into a living meditation.
We conclude with a deeply restorative sound healing journey, allowing the nervous system to settle, the experience to integrate, and the insights of the day to land gently within.
You'll leave feeling lighter, clearer, more alive, and deeply connected to the possibilities ahead.
🍽️ Chapter 3 – Lunch & Community Hang (2:00 – 3:00pm)
Stay and connect after the dance as we gather in community.
Enjoy some delicious fare from Love Shack, share stories and reflections, make new connections, or simply take a moment to rest and integrate. Whether you're feeling social or contemplative, this is a beautiful opportunity to land softly after a powerful afternoon of movement, breath, and plant wisdom.
The Space: Love Shack is a vegan cocktail bar, restaurant, and club space with an ethos rooted in community, sustainability, and a spirit of “peace, love & togetherness.” They aim to use their space to foster connection, inspire social action, and build a culture that challenges conventional norms.

To create a safe space for everyone:
- No talking on the dance floor - let your body do the communicating.
- This is a sober event. Help us keep the space light and clear.
- Respect boundaries - honour your own space and the space of others.
- No phones - stay present and enjoy the dance.
- Listen to your body - move in a way that feels natural and right for you.
Authorised Filming & Photography:
Designated Photographers / Videographers (who will be pointed out to you at the beginning of the dance) will take videos and photos during the event. We use videos and photos to promote our events on social media. If you don't want to be included in a video or photo, please let the Photographer / Videographer know. If you see any footage of yourself on social media and want it removed, please message us directly on social media and we’ll do so immediately.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or ticket transfers.
We’re a small team running a full events programme and our energy is primarily focused on delivering a powerful, supportive experience for those attending.
That said, we completely understand that life happens. If you are no longer able to attend, we reccomend you offer your ticket for resale or gift it to another member in our
