As the Capricorn New Moon ushers in a new cycle, we’re invited to ground our energy, realign our intentions, and rise with clarity and purpose.
Join us for Root & Rise, a restorative one-day retreat designed for busy professionals and mindful seekers ready to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Experience a heart-opening cacao ceremony, gentle yoga with a special guest yogi, reflective journaling and guided vision boarding, and a deeply soothing sound bath with acupuncture. We’ll also share a nourishing lunch and end our day with a closing ceremony to seal your intentions and welcome renewal.
Take this day to rest, reflect, and rise renewed, grounded in wellness and ready to embrace your next chapter.
