Join us for an in-person experience where you can connect deeply with your body through intuitive dance and somatic movement. This gathering is all about exploring your natural flow, expressing yourself freely, and embracing your inner rhythm in a supportive space, with an energy similar to ecstatic dance.

No dance experience needed! Just bring your presence and an open heart. Let’s move, feel, and connect together!

To support the depth of this experience, we hold a simple, intentional container.

This is a barefoot, phone-free, and sober space with no talking once the music begins. We keep the focus inward — minimal eye contact or interaction — allowing each woman to drop into her own rhythm without distraction.

You are always free to move however you wish — or not move at all. There is no choreography, no expectation.

Just space to feel, release, and be fully in your body.
