Root & Rebalance: Somatic movement & sound bath for women

Join Leslie Chadwick RYT, a movement facilitator and yoga teacher with a background in dance, alongside Caroline Kelly RYT MA LPCC, sound healer and therapist, this experience weaves together intentional movement and therapeutic sound to support lasting restoration. Two soul sisters weaving complementary perspectives to uplift the feminine.

Through mindful, grounding sequences with a focus on the spine and hips, we'll cultivate a felt sense of safety while moving from light activation into slower, longer-held shapes that invite release. The interplay between strength and softness will guide us through this experience honoring all aspects of the feminine. Live sound will be layered throughout to guide the body towards softness and balance. Expect to leave feeling centered, supported, and rested!
