Root and Release - An Equine & Energy Workshop

Come join us for a transformative experience called Root and Release. This is an intentionally woven day that blends the healing power of equine therapy with energy work to help you find balance and release anything your have been carrying. Located at 9345 Ford Rd, our workshop offers a serene setting where you can connect with horses and tap into their calming energy. Whether you're a seasoned equestrian or new to the world of energy healing, this workshop is designed for everyone looking to reconnect with themselves and ground into themselves in a powerful way to let go of what no longer serves you.

What to expect:

We will open together in group connection and discussion to set the tone and expectations for the experience.

Equine and energy work will be split into three unique groupings to create an intimate space of healing in different styles to receive from and connect yourself and the horses.

Lunch break in between sessions to nourish and energize - healthy, nutrient dense and made with love meal to share over conversation and connection.

We will finish with time to reflect and journal on our experience together.

Please bring the following:

Water bottle

Rain or Barn Boots (Think Blundstones or something that will protect your foot and not mind to get dirty)

Rain Jacket (warm)

Gloves

Touque

Warm Socks and Cozy Layers.

Medications - prescriptions and epi pen if necessary.

Anything else you can think of to make your time with us more comfortable

Location of experience: Discovery Equine at 9345 Ford Rd, Rosedale.

Please look for the barn and parking area (not the residential driveway :))
