Roosevelt Row Spring 2023 Friday Night A.R.T.S. Market!

You are invited to vend at an open air Arts Market that takes place on most Fridays in the heart of Roosevelt Row.

TRIPLE DIGIT HEAT ADVISORY. Please plan accordingly!

This market is open to all creative small businesses regardless of skill level or craft. Boutiques and resellers are accepted as long as you present it in a tasteful and creative manner. We reserve the right to expel any vendors who we feel might be misrepresenting their involvement in the creation of their products.

There is a limit of 3 Food Stand Vendors to each market. If you purchase a pass for a canopy space you must purchase the $30 Food Vendor Add On Fee.

Absolutely no Multi-Level Marketing or Services/Promotions allowed.

Pay very close attention to the ticket you purchase. You will only be allotted a space in the colored zone stamped on the ticket you purchased.

EVENING MARKET:

Electricity will NOT be provided for booths. You will need to provide your own power supply and lights for your lighting. Feel free to get as funky as you want with your lights as long as it does not affect your neighbors lighting set up. (If you need really bright lights, consider side walls for your canopy)

Set up time is 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Have a copy of your specific ticket on hand so you may be placed correctly. You may pack up and leave no earlier than 10:45 pm and no later than 11:45 pm. Please do not block access to other vendors with your vehicle during set up times. It is important that you unload your gear and find parking. DO NOT SET UP YOUR BOOTH while your car is still in the loading area. Similarly, we ask that you pack up your booth before you bring your car to load your gear. This greatly reduces the time needed to set up and break down the market and helps everyone have a better day!

Space is limited. Please do not attempt to set up unless you have reserved a spot through this listing.

There will be Porta-Johns on the east side of the building for vendors.

This market is run by fellow vendors who are more than happy to guide you to your space and answer any questions you might have.

Presta mucha atención al boleto que compras. Solo se te asignará un espacio en la zona de color que figura en el boleto que compraste.

MERCADO NOCTURNO:

No se da acceso a electricidad para los puestos. Deberás traer tu propia fuente de alimentación y luces para tu iluminación. Siéntete libre de ser tan extravagante como quieras con tus luces, siempre y cuando no afecten la configuración de iluminación de tus vecinos (si necesitas luces realmente brillantes, considera usar paredes laterales para tu dosel).

El horario de montaje es de 4:00 pm a 5:30 pm. Ten una copia de tu boleto específico a mano para que puedas ser ubicado correctamente. Puedes empacar y salir no antes de las 10:45 pm y no más tarde de las 11:45 pm. Por favor, no bloquees el acceso a otros vendedores con tu vehículo durante los horarios de montaje. Es importante que descargues tus equipos y busques estacionamiento. NO MONTE TU PUESTO mientras tu automóvil todavía esté en el área de carga. De manera similar, te pedimos que empaques tu puesto antes de traer tu automóvil para cargar tus equipos. ¡Esto reduce en gran medida el tiempo necesario para montar y desmontar el mercado y ayuda a que todos tengan un mejor día!

MUY IMPORTANTE: NO HAY ESTACIONAMIENTO DENTRO DEL MERCADO. NO ESTACIONES EN NINGÚN LUGAR DENTRO DEL ÁREA DEL MERCADO. SI INTENTAS ESTACIONAR DENTRO DEL LOTE DONDE SE UBICAN LOS VENDEDORES, NO SE TE PERMITIRÁ VENDER EN FUTUROS EVENTOS. NO HAY ADVERTENCIAS. ESTO INCLUYE LOS CALLEJONES, LAS ENTRADAS DE AUTO, Y EL BLOQUEO DE CUALQUIER ACERA.

El espacio es limitado. Por favor, no intentes montar tu puesto a menos que hayas reservado un lugar a través de esta publicación.

Habrá baños portátiles en el lado este del edificio para los vendedores.
