Take time to reflect and connect this Mental Health Awareness Month.The board and staff of TriCity Family Services invite you to join us on Friday, May 17th at the beautiful Eagle Brook Country Club for a restful and inspiring afternoon of nourishing food and meaningful conversation. International bestselling author Amy Morin, LCSW, will give a motivating talk to our room of providers, non-profit partners and others who champion mental health in our community.
As she shares her experiences and wisdom from her journey through adversity, Amy will offer our Room for Growth attendees tangible takeaways they can use in both their personal and professional lives--and share with others. Everyone is welcome to attend; we look forward to creating a welcoming space that cultivates collective strength through emotional wellness.
