Rookie Rocket Night- Northeast Cheer Clinic

We are excited to invite your child to participate in Rookie Rocket Night, a Junior Cheer Clinic hosted by the Northeast High School Cheerleaders! This fun-filled event is open to all students from Kindergarten through 8th grade and gives young cheerleaders the chance to learn from our team and perform under the lights at a high school football game! During the clinic, participants will learn cheers, and chants with the Northeast High School Cheer Team. 6th-8th grade will learn a sideline dance, technique, and skills to help prepare cheerleaders for LNE cheer tryouts + Q&A with coaches.

Date: Thursday, September 18, 2025

Time: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Location: Northeast High School Football Field

🏟️Game Day Performance:

Date: Friday, September 19, 2025

Performance: K-5th grade will cheer on the sidelines for the first half of the game alongside our cheerleaders. 6th-8th grade will perform pre-game with the Varsity cheerleaders.

Pick-Up: Please pick up your child at halftime (around 8:00 PM) at the designated check-out area near the gate to the field. 6th-8th graders can join the fans in the stands after the pre-game performance. Parents must be present for all cheerleaders.

Time to Arrive: Please arrive at Beechner Field by 6:00

Game Begins: 7:00 PM

✨Cost: $30 (includes a Rookie Rocket Night t-shirt)

Registraction due by Monday, September 8th to guarentee a t-shirt.

👟Attire: Please have your child wear comfortable athletic shoes and shorts/leggings to both the clinic and game night.
