We are deeply connected to the Salem Family YMCA, and are excited to return for a practice on their rooftop, with views of the Capitol Building and downtown Salem. If the weather aligns, we'll be outdoors on the rooftop. If not, we'll be in the rooftop Capitol Room. Either way, the views and the vibes will be great. This is a 60 minute all-levels yoga class led by Kristen Aubert. You do not need to be a YMCA Member to attend. All are welcome.
Suggested donation of $5-$10 per yogi for practice.
