Rooftop Yoga at Bower Boston

Take your yoga practice to new heights on the rooftop of Bower- a beautiful residency with stunning views of Boston & Fenway Park. All experience levels are welcome to attend this hour-long class which includes plenty of modifications for beginners and options to add challenge for those who may be more seasoned. Should it rain or become otherwise inclement, class will take place on the same premises in Bower's private yoga studio.

*This class is held on the 2nd & 4th Saturday of each month!

• Bring your own mat or DM to borrow
• Please leave early to ensure that you arrive by 11:15AM so I can let you in & up to the private space; if you arrive past 11:25AM, entry is not guaranteed
• Please let me know prior to class if you would prefer not to be in photo/ video
• Bring a hat, sunblock, and water as well as a towel- we practice in the direct sun and it can become very hot
