EVENT TICKET & VIP TABLE INFORMATION
Please read the information below before reserving your tickets or VIP table.
COMPLIMENTARY ADMISSION
The first 100 guests may reserve one (1) Complimentary Before 8:00 PM Admission Ticket.
Important Information
- Only one (1) complimentary ticket is permitted per person and per email address.
- If the same email address is used to reserve multiple complimentary tickets, duplicate complimentary tickets may be canceled with notice.
Example
Correct:
John uses [email protected] to reserve one (1) Complimentary Before 8:00 PM ticket.
✅ Reservation is valid.
Incorrect:
John uses [email protected] to reserve two (2) or more Complimentary Before 8:00 PM tickets.
❌ Duplicate complimentary reservations are subject to cancellation.
Check-In Policy
- Complimentary ticket holders MUST be checked in and inside the venue by 8:00 PM.
- Standing in line at 8:00 PM does NOT qualify as being inside the venue.
- Complimentary tickets become invalid after 8:00 PM.
- Guests arriving after 8:00 PM must pay door fee.
GENERAL ADMISSION
General Admission tickets are available through Eventbrite.
- Tickets are currently available at the advertised online price.
- There are no promotional codes available at this time.
- Promotional discounts, if offered, will only be announced after all Complimentary Admission tickets have been claimed.
- Advance ticket purchases are strongly encouraged.
- Once online tickets sell out, admission will only be available at the door (if venue capacity allows) at the higher door price.

IMPORTANT ADMISSION INFORMATION
Please read carefully.
Reserving a VIP table DOES NOT provide admission for your entire group.
- The person who purchases the VIP Table Reservation receives admission with the reservation and does not need to purchase a separate admission ticket.
- Every other guest seated at the table must purchase their own event admission ticket.
Example (6-Person Table):
- Table purchaser: Admission Included
- Remaining 5 guests: Each must purchase an admission ticket.
Example (8-Person Table):
- Table purchaser: Admission Included
- Remaining 7 guests: Each must purchase an admission ticket.
VIP TABLE RESERVATION FEES
6-Person Tables
- $75 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee
8-Person Tables
- $100 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee
The reservation fee:
- Reserves your table only.
- Does NOT apply toward bottle purchases.
- Does NOT apply toward the table minimum.
- Does NOT include tax or gratuity.
BOTTLE SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
Every VIP table requires the purchase of at least one bottle.
Bottle purchases count toward your table minimum.
If your selected bottle does not meet the minimum, you may purchase additional bottles until the minimum is satisfied.
Tax and gratuity are additional.
TABLE MINIMUMS
Tables 20 & 21
- $250 Bottle Minimum
Tables 22, 23,24, 25,26 27,30,31,32, 40 & 41
- $350 Bottle Minimum
EXAMPLE
If your table has a $350 minimum and you purchase a $300 bottle, you only need $50 more in bottle purchases to satisfy the minimum.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- VIP Tables are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Reservation fees are non-refundable.
- Early reservations are strongly encouraged.
- All online ticket sales are subject to availability. Once online tickets sell out, any remaining admissions will be available only at the door (if capacity allows) at the higher door price.
- All ticket sales are subject to venue capacity.
- All guests must present a valid Eventbrite ticket for admission.
