Rooftop Vinyasa Yoga at Etage

Join us for a dynamic, flowing yoga class that connects breath with movement through creative sequences designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Experience the serenity of practicing on the Etage rooftop, offering stunning views of downtown, weather permitting. As the season changes, we'll move indoors to continue the flow in a cozy, inviting space. All levels welcome! This is part of a weekly class series, with a special first-time price as we start out.

Just a quick note: this week’s class will be held on Monday, September 29th at 6PM instead of the usual Saturday 10:30AM time.

BYOM: Please remember to bring your own yoga mat to class for a comfortable and enjoyable practice. If you don’t have a mat, a towel will work as an alternative :)
