The Green Room is a wellness studio in sukhumvit soi 31 offering yoga classes & soundbaths. Jen, who is the founder of The Green Room, has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and was previously a professional dancer from the UK. The Green Room is a welcoming sanctuary space that offers vinyasa flow yoga to develop strength & increase flexibility, as well as relaxing yin yoga classes and restorative soundbath sessions. The classes are open level and encourage everyone to ‘come as you are’- no expectations, no stress, more breath, more ease! ?
