Rooftop Reset: Movement for Future Health workshop

A practical and empowering workshop designed to help women understand how movement, strength training, and simple lifestyle habits can support long- term health, confidence and wellbeing.

This interactive session combines evidence-based education with practical movement coaching to help women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in midlife and beyond.

Together we will explore:

· How the body changes during midlife and menopause

· Why strength training is essential for healthy ageing

· Muscle, metabolism, bone health, and longevity

· The role movement plays in preventing frailty and maintaining independence

· Simple, effective ways to improve energy, mobility, and confidence

· Practical strength and movement exercises on building sustainable habits for lifelong health


Participants will leave with:

· A greater understanding of midlife health

· Practical movement strategies

· Increased confidence around exercise

· Simple tools to support future health and wellbeing


About Your Instructor

Caz is a Nutritionist, Personal trainer, Pre and Postnatal coach and Olympic Weightlifting coach with over 30 years of experience in sport, health, fitness and education.

A multiple British champion, European gold medallist and World silver medallist in Masters Olympic Weightlifting, Caz is passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and long-term health through evidence- based coaching.

Alongside her work in health and fitness, Caz has over 24 years of experience in education, including Headteacher, Deputy head and SENCO. Her combined background in education, nutrition and strength coaching allows her to deliver practical, supportive, and empowering sessions that help women better understand their bodies and take control of their future health.

Caz specialises in supporting women 40+ through strength training, nutrition, healthy ageing, and sustainable lifestyle change.
