Rooftop Patio Yoga - Thrive West Arvada

Need a midweek refresh? Join Thrive Workplace x Mind Over Mat for a FREE yoga session on our *rooftop patio. This class will be a beginner level, but all yogis are welcome! Please come prepared with your own yoga mat and water bottle. We have a filtered water station for refills and light snacks + refreshments will be provided post yoga flow.

*This class will be held on the patio, weather permitting. It will be held in our event space if needed.
