WHO ARE THE ARTSISTS?
Kaya Ko @kaya.ko.music
“KAYA KO” in Tagalog means “I can” or “I am capable”. Kaya Ko is a multi-disciplinary artist born and raised on Turtle Island, known as Vancouver, BC. Both classically trained and self-taught, their musical style ranges from folk, RnB to Hip Hop, trap and EDM. If Source is the infinite well of potency from which we all receive energy, lessons and inspiration from, it speaks most clearly through Kaya’s voice. Their aim as an artist is to connect and embody their depth of human emotions and experiences in order to resonate with those who need that reflection. “My music is my Medicine” And they hope it can be that for you as well.
Alexia Acuña @alexia.acunaa
Alexia is an interdisciplinary artist; music, is her main outlet to how she processes life and all the various emotions that come with the human experience. Their intention is to share their art and gratitudes in hopes to reach out to people that resonate and connect with it. Music has always inspired and helped me move through, more specifically, difficult situations whether it be listening or creating, and she hopes, through her music, that she can extend that kind of support or to maybe just make someone feel heard.
