We will be holding a materials drop-off drive at the Station on March 15 from 11am to 3pm. We are asking for donations of the following materials:
- Unused Roofing Shingles
- 2x6 Lumber
- 4x4 Lumber
Got some unused lumber or shingles sitting in your garage? Get them out of your way and drop them off with us - and help us preserve a Saginaw treasure. Please share this message with anyone you know who might be willing to donate materials!
These materials are needed to continue work on the Potter Street Station through roof structure improvement and re-shingling. Through volunteer efforts last fall, we have patched up deteriorated portions of the roof with OSB and made GREAT progress. Now, we need to reinforce and replace portions of the roof structure as well as put up new shingles.
