ShopRun this week will be a mixed terrain run where we will run along the river bank then go up Brant rd and up on to the fields and along to south common where the two groups will split. The faster group going up cross o cliff hill and along the footpath at the top of the common down the other side along the old South Park Road and back to the shop. The other group will come down cross o cliff hill and head back to the shop. Short run is 4 miles and longer will be about 6 miles.
We will be testing out Ronhill’s New Freedom Ultra shoe. A nitrogen infused midsole for an energised ride, Michelin rubber outsole for secure grip and a matrix upper for added durability.
