Our very first PTA General Membership Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 25th, at 6:30 PM at Reagan Elementary.Our General Membership Meetings Meetings are held for members to make the decisions that direct the PTA’s actions and be informed of the progress and business being conducted on their behalf.
Members direct all decisions by approving everything from the bylaws and standing rules to budgets and activities.
Only members direct the work of the PTA and may
participate in a membership meeting. While non-members may attend, they may not participate in discussions, make motions, debate, or vote.
