Ever wanted to sneak into a rehearsal to get a look behind the scenes?
Would you love to have Shakespeare explained so you can enjoy it fully? If the answer is yes, then this is the experience for you!
Join experienced Shakespeare director Andrea Montgomery and her two outstanding actors as they rehearse scenes from Romeo & Juliet. Experience how a play comes together in real time in a relaxed setting. You'll get to make suggestions about the actors' movements and how they deliver their lines. The actors will then try out a few audience suggestions before the audience votes on what they think worked best.
This will be a relaxed, enjoyable experience; perfect for theatre lovers, or for introducing someone to theatre for the first time.

Andrea Montgomery is an intercultural director, whose work was chosen to be part of the global celebration of Shakespeare400 in 2016, and was invited to Windsor in 2023 by the King for the 400th Anniversary of the publication of Shakespeare’s first folio.
The show will touch on GCSE topics of dramatisation, themes, and characterisation.
