Romanian Food & Folk Festival

The 22nd Annual Romanian Festival is guaranteed to provide some fun for all age groups! Kids and teens can enjoy the massive inflatables. A 90-foot (!) long inflatable course, a 21'x21' toddler inflatable section, and a 28'x17'x10' billiard inflatable will be on site! In addition, inflatable football and basketball games will be on site, carnival games and prizes, spin art, a caricature artist (Saturday from 6-8 p.m.), a Kona Ice Truck (Saturday from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.), a petting zoo (Sunday from 2-4 p.m.), cotton candy, popcorn, crepes and hot dogs!

Delicious food will include Romanian sausages (mititei), stuffed cabbage (sarmale), oven-baked chicken, grilled pork, potato salad, cornmeal with sour cream and cheese, tripe soup, and various pastries! Hot dogs will be available for the kids! Drinks will be available for all! "Chimney cakes" (kurtosz kolacz) will also be made on site for all to marvel at and devour!

Live entertainment will include various local artists singing Romanian traditional and pop music, folk dances by various groups including a children's folk dance group, and a DJ.

A prize raffle and a "50/50" raffle will also be held both days of the festival! Prizes include gift baskets, wine baskets, gift cards to our favorite stores including Mariano's, Abt, and Starbucks! A rotisserie pig will also be raffled off for you to enjoy eating with all of your friends and family at the event, or at home! Cultural and religious items will be available on exhibit for sale.
