The purpose of RAAD 2024 is to foster discussions, ideas, and knowledge exchange about workplace accessibility and inclusion for almost 1 million people with visible and invisible disabilities in Romania.
We are excited that this year’s RAAD event will take place during our inaugural edition of the AccessABILITY Expo. This one-of-a-kind event is the first one in Romania to bring together all stakeholders in the disability space.
RAAD 2024 will gather professionals in diversity & inclusion, HR, recruitment, talent management and employee networks who are dedicated to fostering and sustaining an inclusive workplace for individuals with disabilities.
RAAD will bring you a line-up of 12 speakers, one-on-one interviews, case studies, panel discussions, Q&A sessions and networking opportunities, attendees are sure to leave feeling inspired and empowered to make a real difference within their respective organisations.
