We’re thrilled to invite you to the final installment of our “New Year, New You” series on March 8th at 5:30 PM. The energy at our Feburary 2nd event was incredible, with so many of you kicking off 2025 focused on health and well-being. Over the course of our sessions, you’ve experienced C1 and C2 at CorePower—now it’s time for Yoga Sculpt, a dynamic class that fuses yoga, cardio, and strength moves to boost metabolism and build lean muscle. We’ll cap it off with a 15-minute stretch to leave you feeling both invigorated and relaxed. Join us in celebrating strength, resilience, and our shared commitment to a healthier, happier 2025!
What to Expect:
• 60 minutes of Yoga Sculpt
• 15 minutes of stretching
• FREE lunch at RollPlay Falls Church ($25 Roll Play Gift Card) to refuel and relax after the workshop.
