Join us for 6 Weeks of Rolling Acrobatics! We will practice Rolls from different disciplines - for example Aikido Rolls, Parkour Rolls, Gymnastics Rolls but also Capoeira, Breakdance and much more. In the first weeks we will start with more basic patterns and then continue towards more technical rolls and how to combine them with other soft acrobatic moves into fun Sequences.
You can join either for single sessions or get a 6-Week ticket for a better price.
Some basic acrobatic / dance experience can help but motivated beginners can also join. Also don't worry if you can't come to all sessions, it is no problem if you have to skip some. You can still come even if you missed the first sessions :)
