Rollin' with Hatch: Spring Roll

Each guest will learn to build and fold your own fresh spring rolls with variety of ingredients including fresh roasted Hatch peppers, Hatch chicken, Hatch sausage, and Hatch Shrimp. You’ll have time to practice and master your skills, so you can take your spring rolls home to share with your friends and family.

Lastly, no spring roll is complete without the sauce. You’ll learn how to make and season three different sauces! Each guest will get to take home 6 spring rolls!
