Roll+ Release is a simple way to release tension and stress in the body and leave you feeling refreshed, restored, and relaxed. In this 2 hour workshop, we will explore basic techniques of ball rolling using 6 different balls of varying sizes and density.Students will be encouraged to
customize the area, pressure, and movement of the massage to fit their own unique bodies. Come experience this accessible form of self-massage and discover its healing power.
Space is limited to 16 people

OPTION 1: $35 (does not include ball set to take home)
OPTION 2: $55 (includes set of 6 massage balls to take home after)
**Individual balls are available for purchase day-of for $5 a piece if you don't want all 6 balls
