Take this time out to relax and revive your body with experienced Pilates instructor Tracy will teach simple muscle release and mobilising techniques which you can use at home. We will use balls, foam rollers, therabands to get into tight and painful points in the back, upper body and lower body.
Myofascial release is a wonderful tool for relaxing tense aching knotted muscles as well as eliminating muscular pain. Other benefits include improved mobility, flexibility, circulation, and postural alignment.
Experience increased awareness of the body as you release tension while relaxing the mind into a meditative state. This is a highly beneficial practice to calm the nervous system and de-stress the body.
This workshop is for anyone experiencing tightness and discomfort in their body. Release and Restore is a self-guided massage where you can control the intensity and really get into those tough and painful points which makes this workshop suitable from someone who sits all day at a desk to moderately or highly active exercise enthusiasts.
