• hand towel (for sweat)
• cowboy hat
• socks/exotic platform heels

🩱 What to wear: fitness clothes, swimwear, sweats, whatever makes you feel powerful

Please note the studio is locked for classes. The door will open 10 minutes before class begins and lock again 15 minutes after class begins.

Hi! I'm Nikki Sinamon. I started teaching pole and sensual movement since 2010 and have been honored to guide thousands along their sensual journey to find ease in their bodies. I love what I do and can't wait to share space with you. I guide you through sensual movement on and off the pole and am a certified trauma-informed sensual yoga instructor.
