Formed in 2003, The Skabilly Rebels rose from the ashes of The Specials and continued blending Ska and Punk with Roddy’s signature Rockabilly guitar work. As a hit writer, Roddy’s songs have been featured on movie and television soundtracks and commercials across the globe. Songs like “Concrete Jungle", "Rat Race" and "Hey, Little Rich Girl" have not only helped to create the world’s fascination with post-Jamaican music, but have been covered by artists like Tim Timebomb (Rancid), and Amy Winehouse.
