Join us at 10:30 AM-12 PM on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month for Y12SR.
All persons interested in Y12SR or from any 12 step recovery program are welcome.
The class begins with the 12 steps of recovery, a mindful reading, volunteered sharing followed by a guided yoga practice to ground, strengthen, and find ease.
Take a risk, check it out, this is a worthwhile practice for your mind, heart, and body!
This event is for individuals who are 18 years or older (this activity may not be suitable for younger humans).
