The focus of this class is strength training and conditioning with a strong focus on proper technique and form, using weights combined with body weight movements. Let's get the blood pumping and muscles burning!This class is perfect for beginners through advanced fitness levels. All activities can be modified for varied levels of difficulty.
*STARTING IN JUNE class is moving outside for the summer! Meeting at Cobbs Hill Park, park by the reservoir to meet at the top of the stairs by the reservoir.*
This event is for individuals who are 18 years or older (this activity may not be suitable for younger humans).
