Join us for a Friday Night Trail Run (FNTR).**THIS WEEK WE WILL MEET AND RUN THE WEBSTER HOJACK TRAIL! Meet in the Orchard Road parking lot for North Ponds Park off of Holt Road.** We will be running about 3 miles.
We will meet at a different location each week, so keep an eye out here and on Facebook for weekly updates on location and possible weather related cancelations.
Please get there with a few minutes to spare. Our pace is typically between 10-12 min/mile but we adjust based on need. There will always be someone to run with you. Don't worry, come out and enjoy the trails and get busy living. If you wish to run faster than the set pace bring a buddy and we will brief the route before departure.
Dress appropriately for the weather and terrain, and always remember proper hydration and nutrition to give your body what it needs. Seasonal notes: If there's snow and ice on the ground, we suggest bringing microspikes or other traction accessories, and if daylight starts to shorten, always a good idea to carry a headlamp.
