Please join us to commemorate the 10th anniversary of RocMaidan at a fundraising gala.
RocMaidan's journey over the past ten years has been marked by numerous achievements and milestones, including our unwavering commitment to providing humanitarian and medical aid to Ukraine. We hope to see you at this special event.
Ticket Cost:
$150/per person if purchased through September 30, 2024
($175/per person October 1 through November 1, 2024)
Includes:
Plated dinner, 3 hours of open bar, formal program, musical performances, silent auction and more.
Adults only / Black Tie Optional

Event Details:
-Nickole Riedl Sleight will play the bandura during the cocktail reception
-Master of Ceremonies is Adam Chodak, Evening Anchor and Managing Editor of News 8 - the CBS affiliate in Rochester.
-Special guests will include Ukrainian veterans of the current war
-Welcome remarks by Michael Burns, Deputy Mayor of the City of Rochester and others
-Video Presentation
-Keynote speaker, Serhii Plokhii , is the professor of Ukrainian history at Harvard University, where he also serves as the director of the Harvard Ukrainian Research Institute.
-Musical performances by renowned Ukrainian-American violinist Oleh Krysa, Professor Emeritus of Violin, Eastman School of Music. He will be accompanied by Dr. Irina Lupines, an esteemed pianist.
-Special performance by Bria Blessing. Texas Born, Bria lived in Ukraine for 30 years. You may recognize her as a contestant on Ukraine's, "The Voice." She will be accompanied by her husband, Jesse Pohle.
-Rochester’s Kalyna Dance Ensemble, will perform. They've been enthralling audiences since 2007 with their talented folk dancing.
