About Kavita: Kavita Rao leads CoBank’s Digital First strategy as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Since joining in September 2023, she has:

Introduced an agile delivery framework and implemented a target state architecture and data strategy to elevate customer and associate experiences.
Advanced CoBank’s digital transformation—most notably via the evolution of the customer portal, balancing innovation with regulatory soundness.
* Built agile engineering teams establishing a strong foundation in AWS, grounded in operational excellence, innovation, and talent development.

Previously, Kavita served as Chief Digital Officer at City National Bank and brings 27+ years of transformation experience at Capital One, Citi, and JPMorgan Chase. She holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Chicago.
