Rockport Songwriter Festival

The 2nd Annual Rockport Songwriter Festival (November 3-5 2023) includes Saturday night headliner Michael Martin Murphey with opener Bob Livingston and the Lost Gonzo Compadres. Additional daytime sets include Susan Gibson, Butch Hancock, Kimme Rhodes, Libby Koch and others TBA. Our Sunday night headliners are Rockport favorites Shawn Camp and Verlon Thompson doing their wonderful tribute to Guy Clark. Additional daytimes sets include Shake Russell, Jeff Plankenhorn, Michael O'Connor, Dana Copper and others TBA.

The Guy Clark documentary "Without Getting Killed or Caught" by Tamara Saviano will be shown both Saturday and Sunday mornings at 10;00am and is included in the festival pass.

There will also be two intimate lunchtime cruises with Captain Tommy Moore from 12:00-1:00 both days. Limited to 20 passengers, they will feature a live songwriter performance and box lunch. Cruise the harbor with wonderful music. Boat docks right behind the main stage.(additional ticket required)

There will be an after hours song pull at 10:30pm in the upstairs bar at Charlotte Plummer's Saturday and Sunday nights hosted by Michael O'Connor.

Friday night will be open to the public and will feature a showcase by the Corpus Christi Songwriters Association followed by a Guy Clark song open mic.
