A climbing class just for women, taught by women. A great way to meet other female climbers and have a fun night out with the girls! Beginners to advanced climbers are welcome, but BELAY CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED. Individualized coaching allows climbers of all levels to benefit from this class. Each session starts with a little yoga and stretching, and ends with climbing specific strength exercises.
