The Rockford Dev July Meetup is just around the corner! This month's event will take place on Wednesday, July 15th at 6:00 PM at Maker Lab in the Rockford Public Library.
🎮 Game Jam Finale — The Big Reveal! 🎮
Since April, our Rockford Dev crew has been heads-down building, breaking, debugging, and (occasionally) rage-quitting their way through the Game Jam. Now it's time to see what everyone's been cooking up!
Whether you've got a polished playable demo, a half-finished prototype held together with duct tape and console.logs, or just a really cool concept and some lessons learned — bring it! This is a no-judgment, all-hype celebration of what our community has built together.
What to expect:
- 🕹️ Live demos and playthroughs of Game Jam projects
- 💡 Behind-the-scenes looks at design decisions, tech stacks, and "what I'd do differently"
- 🤝 Networking with fellow devs, gamers, and builders
- 🎉 Celebrating months of creativity and collaboration
