Rockford City Market Cooking School - Vegan Challenge

Meet us on Saturday, March 1st and join The Vintage Goose Cafe for a Vegan Challege! No experience is needed, just a positive mindset! This class is perfect for couples, singles, families, friends, and more. Get your tickets now before they sell out!

This Class Will Include:

• Make Baba Ghanoush, Pickled Red Cabbage on a Falafel Burger.
• A friendly chef instructor will help you along the way!
• A casual, easy, and laid-back setting.
• Support the 2025 Rockford Vegan Challege!
• Purchase beverages (like wine or beer) while you cook.
• The ticket includes all materials needed for the class and each guest will enjoy eating their creations as well as take home a jar of pickled cabbage!
• Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can check you in and bring you to the kitchen.
