Due to an expected snowstorm forecasted to impact travel and city operations, Rockella Midtown Open Studios will not take place on Sunday.

The event will continue as planned on Saturday, January 24, from 1–6pm.
Sunday’s Open Studios have been postponed to Saturday, January 31, from 1–6pm.

This schedule change also affects the FREE public workshops hosted by our RRASP Partner Resident, New Renaissance Arts Center (NRAC), which will now take place on Saturday, January 31, at the originally advertised times.

Rockella Space invites the public to explore its newest Manhattan location during the inaugural Rockella Midtown Open Studios weekend.

Meet artists working across disciplines, step inside their studios, and experience the creative energy of an active studio building. Throughout the weekend, visitors are also welcome to tour available studio spaces and learn more about joining the Rockella community.

As part of the event, New Renaissance Arts Center (NRAC)—the current RRASP Residency Partnership Program Resident—will host a series of free public workshops, offering hands-on learning and artist-led education alongside the Open Studios.

This event is open to artists, creatives, collectors, curators, and anyone curious about contemporary studio practice in New York City.

• Drawing & Painting Workshop – Mixed techniques and materials
• Basic Engraving Workshop – Create a custom stamp using acrylic plates

All workshops are free and open to the public. Capacity may be limited.
