Being physically active is one of the most important steps to improve overall health and wellbeing for adults and children. Kids need physical activity to grow up strong and healthy! Staying physically active is an important step in promoting positive physical and mental/emotional health. The Bass Pro Shops Fitness Series and the Missouri Beef Industry Council have partnered together to bring the Rock4Kids Series to the Springfield area. We believe it is important to encourage children to participate in physical activities that are appropriate for their age, engaging and fun!
Race Distances
0.25 mile | 0.50 mile | 1 mile | 1.5 miles
Participants can choose their distance based on their age and skill level! Participants do not have to run their distance. Walking is encouraged and welcome.
If parent's, caregivers, guardians, friends or other family members want to be on the course with their child, they must be a registered participant in order to do so.
