Celebrate World Down Syndrome Day at the Maple Grove Community Center by rocking colorful socks. Enjoy carnival games, music, and a fun, festive atmosphere. March 21 (3/21) celebrate those with three copies of the 21st chromosome. Socks were chosen as a symbol because the karyotype of Down syndrome chromosomes resembles mismatched socks. This is a free event, and all are invited.
