10:00 Uhr: VIP-Shopping im Rock Shop Landungsbrücken + Registrierung Teil 2
11:00–13:00 Uhr: Kurze Begrüßung + Verlosung der Prototyp-Pins + freie Tauschzeit
13:00–13:15 Uhr: Begrüßungsrede; kostenlose Häppchen
Bekanntgabe des Gewinners der Prototyp-Verlosung
13:15 Uhr: Gruppenfoto vor dem Café
13:30–15:00 Uhr: Verkauf der Tombola-Lose
14:00–14:45 Uhr: Stille Auktion
15:30 Uhr: Vorstellung der Charity Partner "War Child" & "Friends Cup e.V." + Beginn der Hauptauktion
17:00 Uhr: Ende der Veranstaltung
Reservierungen am 19. Februar
Wir können am 19. Februar leider kein offizielles Get Together anbieten. Sofern Ihr Euch an diesem Abend bereits treffen wollt, macht bitte im Vorwege eine offizielle Reservierung über die Homepage. Wenn wir hier ausgebucht sind, können wir leider auch keine weiteren Kapazitäten anbieten. In diesem Fall würden wir Euch bitten auf andere Gastronomien auszuweichen.
In diesem Jahr sind wir besonders gut gebucht. Wir würden Euch bitten zusammenzurücken und Platz für alle Teilnehmer zu schaffen 🙂
VIP Shopping Hour
Bitte beachtet, dass wir nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Event Pins vor Ort haben und in einer ersten Runde nur jeweils 1 Stück pro Person gekauft werden darf. Sollten danach noch Pins erhältlich sein, öffnen wir eine 2. Runde!

10:00 a.m.: VIP shopping at the Rock Shop Landungsbrücken + Registration Part 2
11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.: Brief welcome + raffle for prototype pins + open trading time
1:00–1:15 p.m.: Welcome speech; complimentary hors d’oeuvres
Announcement of the winner of the prototype raffle
1:15 p.m.: Group photo in front of the café
1:30–3:00 p.m.: Sale of raffle tickets
2:00–2:45 p.m.: Silent auction
3:30 p.m.: Introduction of the charity partners “War Child” & “Friends Cup e.V.” + Start of the main auction
5:00 p.m.: End of the event
Reservations on February 19
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an official get-together on February 19. If you would like to meet up on this evening, please make an official reservation in advance via the website. If we are fully booked, we will unfortunately be unable to offer any further capacity. In this case, we would ask you to visit other restaurants.
VIP shopping hour
Please note that we only have a limited number of event pins available on site and that only one pin per person may be purchased in the first round. If pins are still available after that, we will open a second round!
