Join us for the kick off of the 7th annual ROCK THE BLOCK WILMINGTON! (Ohio) Saturday inside the historic Murphy Theatre we will feature the Bullet Boys and Steven Adler of Guns and Roses. These two bands will take you on a nostalgic trip of some of your favorite songs all while you enjoy the breathtaking view of this historic theatre where Lost in Yonkers and the current Ben Stiller hit, Nutcrackers, was filmed. Tickets can be purchased at the link below in ticket information. Then join us outside with The Babys featuring all of their hits such as BACK ON MY FEET AGAIN, HEADFIRST, MIDNIGHT RENDEVOUZ AND MORE! And let's not forget those fabulous Babettes who add to the great sound of The Babys! Also, outside we will have the powerhouse Kashmir, Chicago's Led Zeppelin Tribute. They will take you on a trip through the Zeppelin catalogue. After Kashmir, we then will hold an after party rocking it out with RockHouse of Columbus Ohio. They will rock the Escape's stage and finish the night out. Always a great time at the Escape. There will food trucks and vendors, cold drinks and giveaways compliments of the Clinton County Convention and Visitors Bureau. Also, if you bring items to donate for the PETS ROCK CAMPAIGN, you will get a free T-shirt. All items will be donated to the two local shelters (PAWS Humane Society, Inc. and The Clinton County Humane Society). Rock the Block Wilmington likes to give back and support the community. They are always in need of items such as dog/cat food, water bowls, blankets, toys, leashes, collars, treats, wipes and much more! Freakin Gene will be making his annual appearance and we will have Goat back in the house emceeing this fun filled weekend event of great music.
