Join us on Saturday, July 18, 2026, for Rock The Block, a neighborhood celebration of local music, art, and community throughout Westgate!
Inspired by the spirit of Music on the Porch Day, Rock The Block transforms front porches, yards, and community spaces into stages and galleries where neighbors can share their talents and connect with one another. This year, we're excited to partner with the Hilltop Arts Collective to bring even more creativity and community engagement to the event.
Event Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Live Music: 11:00AM – 7:00 PM (tbd based on participation)
Community Gathering: at Crescent Park
Explore the neighborhood and discover musicians performing from porches and yards while browsing artwork from talented local artists and makers. A festival map will be available featuring all performance and vendor locations so you can create your own adventure through the Westgate community.
Performance and vendor locations will be located throughout the event area bounded by Broad Street, Sullivant Avenue, Demorest Road, and Hague Avenue, with Crescent Park serving as the festival home base.
Whether you're performing, vending, volunteering, or simply exploring, Rock The Block is a free, family-friendly celebration of the creativity that makes our community special.
