Rock the Block is NewBo City Market's free weekly concert series. Each summer a variety of local and national touring bands take the Bankers Trust Stage in the Market Yard and fill Friday nights with live music! Rock the Block is free, and open to the public on a first-come-first-served basis. You are welcome to bring lawn chairs and find a space to sit and enjoy the concert!
Rock the Block 2025 is presented by Collins Aerospace and sponsored by Lion Bridge Brewing Company, Eastern Iowa Airport, Iowa Economic Development Authority, ImOn Communications, Realty87, Dupaco Community Credit Union, Rapids Wholesale, Advantage Chiropractic, Pelican's Snoballs, Fast-Trans, Sam’s Club, Rinderknecht Associates, and That Girl Tree Care.

4. Alcohol purchased on Market property must be consumed within the designated barriers.
