From February 12–16, 2026, we’re thrilled to welcome dancers from all over the world to the 19th international Rock That Swing Festival in Munich! For almost two decades, the festival has celebrated the vibrant dances and music of the Swing and Rock’n’Roll era – from the 1920s to the 1950s.
Five unforgettable days filled with spectacular dance nights, hot live music, inspiring shows, thrilling competitions, hundreds of workshops, and an international community of passionate dancers – all coming together to create an electrifying festival atmosphere.

Learn from 73 of the world’s best teachers in over 340 workshops including Lindy Hop, Boogie Woogie, Charleston, Balboa, Shag, Authentic Jazz, Rockabilly Jive, Blues, Burlesque & more. From beginners to advanced dancers and teachers – everyone can design their own perfect schedule.

Enjoy an outstanding line-up of top international bands and performers at amazing venues across Munich, including two glamorous nights in the magnificent ballrooms of the Deutsches Theater, right in the city center.
