Rock Steady Boxing is a specialized fitness program designed to help individuals with Parkinson’s disease improve strength, balance, and coordination. Through non-contact boxing exercises, participants build confidence, enhance motor skills, and fight the progression of Parkinson's symptoms in a supportive and empowering environment.
Wellness 360 offers multiple ways to participate in our Rock Steady Boxing Programs. We offer classes five days a week in two locations: Rochester and Webster, NY. All of our classes are written and led by Healthcare professionals. Most all fitness levels are welcome. You'll need an initial evaluation.
